Highlights
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1355m)
Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport our staff will greet you and escort you to your 3* hotel in Thamel. Depending upon your arrival time you may spend free time visiting nearby cultural sites, shopping or simply resting at the hotel. Overnight 3* hotel. Driving 1 hour.
Day 2: Trek preparations in Kathmandu
Today we’ll finalise your trek preparations and complete the necessary permits. You’ll have the day to rest and adjust to Kathmandu’s time zone. You can explore the city’s cultural sites, browse local shops, or take care of any last-minute gear needs. In the early evening, you’ll meet your guide for a detailed trek briefing. Overnight 3* hotel.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara (827m)
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive westward in a luxury tourist bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara, winding through river valleys and terraced hillsides. Upon arrival, settle into your lakeside hotel and soak in views of Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna range, shimmering above Phewa Lake, or, explore the vibrant streets lined with cafés, shops, and temples. Overnight 3★ hotel. Driving 7-8 hours.
Day 03: Pokhara to Bhumdi (1,520m)
Your journey begins with a scenic boat ride across Phewa Lake, disembarking on the far shore, where the trailhead to Panchase begins. From here, the trail ascends a long stone staircase to a forested ridge, before winding down through lush greenery alive with birdsong and fluttering butterflies. Arriving in Bhumdi, you’re greeted by a tranquil village setting with a breathtaking panorama of Himalchuli, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, the Annapurna range, and the iconic Machhapuchhre. Day 04: Bhumdi to Panchase (2,517m)
Today’s trail ascends through dense forests of rhododendron and oak, with frequent clearings offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks. If the weather is clear, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted vistas of Annapurna South, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre. Reaching Panchase, a sacred hilltop known for its spiritual significance and biodiversity, you’ll overlook the shimmering Phewa Lake and the entire Pokhara Valley. Overnight tea house. Trekking 5 hours.
Day 05: Panchase to Bhadaure (1,670m)
The trail descends gently through forested slopes and terraced farmland, passing small villages where daily life unfolds in harmony with nature. Bhadaure offers a peaceful stop with views of the mid-hills and a chance to interact with locals who maintain traditional lifestyles rooted in agriculture and mountain culture. Overnight tea house. Trekking 5 hours
Day 06: Bhadaure to Australia Camp (2,065m)
Today’s trek climbs gradually through mixed forest and open ridges, with views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre growing more dramatic as you approach Australia Camp. This scenic viewpoint is a favourite among trekkers for its sunrise and sunset panoramas, and its quiet lodge setting makes for a restful night. Overnight tea house. Trekking 4 hours
Day 07: Australian Camp to Dhampus (1,650m), then Drive to Pokhara
A short morning trek leads to Dhampus, a picturesque Gurung village with stone-paved paths and mountain views. After exploring the village, a 45-minute drive returns you to Pokhara, where the comforts of the city await. Overnight 3★ hotel. Trekking 2 hours, Driving 45 minutes
Day 08: Sightseeing in Pokhara
Enjoy a relaxed day with your guide exploring Pokhara’s cultural and natural gems. Visit the mystical Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, take a boat across Phewa Lake to the Barahi Temple, or visit the Peace Stupa for one last panoramic view. Optional activities include paragliding, massage, or souvenir shopping in vibrant Lakeside Pokhara. Overnight 3★ hotel.
Day 09: Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,350m)
Today we will take a scenic drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, by luxury tourist bus. The journey follows the Prithvi Highway, passing through picturesque hills and charming countryside villages. The rest of the day is free for local sightseeing, or simply relaxing. In the evening, we invite you as our guest to enjoy a traditional Nepali farewell dinner together with our team in Kathmandu. A great way to celebrate your incredible trek through the Annapurna region. Overnight in 3* hotel. Driving 7–8 hours.
Day 10: Departure from Kathmandu
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a final stroll through the city or a short visit to a nearby temple. Our staff will escort you to the airport for your onward journey.
