Essential Trekking Gear
- Sturdy hiking boots (well broken in before you arrive)
- Trainers for Kathmandu and travel days
- Layered clothing system: moisture‑wicking base layers, warm mid‑layers, fleece, and a waterproof/windproof shell
- Warm hat, gloves, and buff/scarf
- Trekking poles for balance and joint support
- Reusable water bottle or hydration bladder
- Water purification tablets or filter
- Small personal medical kit (plasters, blister care, pain relief, any personal medication)
